Bagong Liwanag Tattoo Exhibit 2 and Documentary Premiere

✨ The "BAGONG LIWANAG" exhibit aims to shine a positive light on tattooing and its pivotal role in the revival of Baybayin, one of the ancient scripts of the Philippines. It also highlights the people's effort to connect to their roots and to represent their culture. 

This event is a historic moment for us, as it marks the first-ever tattoo exhibit at the Philippine Consulate General San Francisco. The exhibit is currently on tour and is on its 2nd stop. It started last January 2024 at Sentro Filipino Cultural Center and will be traveling to different states, so stay tuned for more details!

Join us in breaking the tattoo stigma in Filipino culture and spreading awareness about the beauty and significance of Baybayin.
